PEOPLE

Our firm is made up of nearly 200 people, across four offices in California. We cannot do what we do without a consistent commitment to mutual respect, communication and development. Our people come to Lionakis from all over the country, and the world! Some of our staff and leadership have been here for decades, others, the last few years. There is space, a place and recognition for the value that each person brings to the firm and our clients, and we are dedicated to making the world a better place, one project at a time.

Our people are asked to speak and mentor in-house and on nationally recognized industry platforms because they are recognized as experts – and they are wonderful human beings too! Our people are profiled on social media and local media outlets because they’re doing amazing things in our communities and neighborhoods, as well as on their work projects. The people of Lionakis come up with creative ways to solve problems, while working hard and playing hard – there is never any shortage of activities to lighten things up!
