CSUS Folsom Hall Speech Pathology Building

This project was designed specifically for California State University, Sacramento (CSUS)’s Speech Pathology and Audiology Departments, located at the Center for Health Professions. This space includes approximately 20 therapy and group therapy rooms, offices, classrooms, a conference/break room, computer labs, and the addition of gender-neutral restrooms. This remodel consisted of two separate phases for Audiology and one phase for speech pathology. Originally, this project was over budget with a previous architect, but Lionakis brought the project right on budget as a TOCA Design-Build project with XL Construction.
