Building C Tenant Improvement – Juvenile Court

El Dorado County

The recently completed lower level tenant improvement at El Dorado County's Building C required a careful balance between public and secure spaces, as well as the engagement and buy-in of many key stakeholders. The renovation needed to meet the requirements of the County, the Superior Court of California, and the Judicial Council of California, all within one cohesive design. A significant programming effort ensured alignment between the varied stakeholder needs and the finished space. The result is a new Juvenile Court to serve the County, along with Judge's Chambers, jury deliberation space, court clerk offices, Family Law self-help resources, and IT.
