Kaiser Permanente Riverside 4th Floor Patient Room Upgrade

Kaiser Permanente

This small, but impactful project was completed as part of a much larger body of work as the Campus Architect for Kaiser Permanente's Riverside Medical Center, and includes tenant improvements on the fourth floor of the existing hospital. Included in the remodel were a patient room, a restroom, and a vestibule. The patient room was converted from a two-patient Pediatric Patient Room to a Single-Patient Negative Pressure Isolation Room, and the adjacent vestibule was renovated into an Anteroom to serve the Patient Room. The transformation includes new casework, patch, repair flooring, ceiling, painting of walls, and new furniture.
