Theragent Contract Development & Manufacturing Facility

Theragent

This $30 million design-build project delivered in partnership with DPR Construction and cleanroom manufacturer AES, transformed a 28,000 square foot industrial building in Arcadia into a Contract Development and Manufacturing Facility for biotech start-up, Theragent. Modular ISO 7 cleanrooms, testing and development labs, cryogenic storage, and cGMP-rated storage and warehouse space bring the full scope of Theragent's production needs under one roof. A new MDF service mezzanine supports utilities and mechanical distribution above the manufacturing floor, while a concrete equipment pad with fenced enclosure accommodates an exterior LN2 tank and emergency generator. The exterior facade and site were reimagined to reflect Theragent's corporate identity.
