The Design Technology Support Specialist (DTSS) Boot Camp at Lionakis just wrapped up their seventh annual year of training. After their training, the seven new DTSS graduates now serve as valuable resources to their studios and the office when it comes to the daily production and support that might be needed. They also will be a valuable liaison to the Design Technology (DT) team. Each DTSS candidate went above and beyond to immerse themselves and elevate their skills during Boot Camp.

Activities throughout the Boot Camp included the now famous DT game of Chutes and Ladders created by one of our DTSS graduates, Jennifer Dreisbach. Additional activities included quiz questions with prizes, and Lionakis guest speakers also taught on the various programs that are used daily within the firm and how they operate including Dynamo, Revit and Newforma. For additional team building, the DTSS candidates attempted an Escape Room. Congratulations again to this year’s DTSS graduates: Amy Jordana (Healthcare Sacramento), Jennifer Dreisbach (Healthcare Hawaii), Sandra Lee (Education San Jose), Bianca Dyke (Interiors Sacramento), Arnulfo Rodriguez (Civic Sacramento), Gary Deng (Healthcare Newport) and Conor Tekautz (Structural Sacramento).
