Lionakis was just awarded our first correctional design-build project, the Stanislaus County REACT Center! REACT stands for Re-Entry and Enhanced Alternatives to Custody Training and is the fourth and final piece of a major expansion to the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.

With a construction budget of approximately $33 million, this project represents a shift in the correctional market to increase access to rehabilitative programs and jail alternatives. The new facility will consist of a 288-bed housing unit and an administration building with jail alternatives services, classroom and training spaces, multi-purpose and counseling rooms and administrative spaces.

We are teamed with Roebbelen on this exciting project, allowing us to build upon the collaborative relationship that our team established with the County through the design and construction of their Juvenile Commitment Center several years ago. Congratulations again to all involved with this win!
