Welcome to Structural Design Bar 2018!

We had it all: Building Bridges, Mini-Golf, Minion Welding, Fastener Smorgasbord, Where’s Skerry and not to be left out, Structural Analysis Software! That’s right folks, Lionakis celebrated Structural Engineering’s first Design Bar Thursday night in what has become an ongoing series of after work events where our markets share their expertise with the whole firm, play games and hang out together.

The Sacramento office transformed into multiple build-and-play areas in our 20th street building while all enjoyed eating Mexican food and drink samples from local Bike Dog Brewing Co., Track 7, Device Brewing, Ruhstaller, and New Glory. But the real “work” came in getting your passport stamped by an official as you completed each structural learning station. How to eat your eats, sip your local flavor and win at both team and single pursuit challenges was all part of the fun.
